Who is Sandrine?

Sandrine Krikorian, Coach specializing in health and well-being for two   years and a half, trained by the Geneva International Coaching Institute (ICI), received a   specific training for support towards a better being. 

Sandrine has also been a yoga teacher and trainer for 8 years   specializing in bodily techniques for health and well-being as well as in techniques for managing emotions and stress (cardiac coherence, breathing, meditation.)

Motivated to share her experience and her joy of living the moment   present, she wishes to support people who seek to give   meaning to their lives and strive for a better - physical, mental,   emotional, energetic and spiritual being.

Its motto is:   "Be an actor in your harmonious life!"


To participate in this workshop:

During this "Harmonious Movement" workshop, you will experience movement in consciousness with the breath to fluidify the communication of your different bodies, physical, energetic and spiritual and make you a complete, free and autonomous being with all his abilities.

Sandrine offers you practices, standing or sitting, so that you can apply them on a daily basis as soon as you feel the need. The proposed movements are simple and make it possible to mobilize areas of the body that are little used. They aim to balance repeated gestures and daily static postures and therefore to bring back fluidity and harmony in the body. Their regular use will allow you to acquire autonomy and harmonize your physical, energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies through movement.

Several breathing techniques are proposed:

- automatique

- in cardiac coherence

- rhythmic to be balancing or relaxing...

A healthy physical body facilitates energy flow and connection with Who we really are.
