I believe that it is possible to live with a healthy body and that illness or even accidents are not inevitable. So how can you become more aware of all that is going on within you to use it in a way that is positive and beneficial? That's what you'll learn in this short series on the intelligence of the human body.

  • Do you want to better understand your body's intelligence and its innate abilities to maintain or regain its balance ?

 

 

HOW TO TUNE IN TO THE INNATE INTELLIGENCE

Workshop No. 1

 

WHAT INFLUENCES HEALTH AND WELL-BEING?

 

In the first segment of this workshop, we will look at the factors that can influence health and well-being. We will see, among other things, the impact of heredity, beliefs and emotions on the physical body. You will better understand the role you play in your well-being and your physical condition. You will learn to see physical defects, imbalances and illnesses in a new light.

 

Points developed during this workshop:

  • What is body intelligence?

  • Do genes and heredity determine your physical condition?

  • How important are beliefs to your well-being and health?

  • Is your physical body a perfect instrument?

  • What is energy coherence?

  • Steps to follow to help control any physical imbalance or illness.

  • Exercise to formulate a positive view of your physical body.

  • Daily alignment exercise to feel good about your body.

Workshop No. 2

HOW TO ACHIEVE AN OPTIMAL STATE OF HEALTH AND WELL-BEING? 

​

In the second segment of this series, you will learn the importance of working on all levels at once to maintain or regain balance in your physical body. You will better understand how to use your energy in a way that is positive and beneficial. You will learn techniques that will allow you to put in place new lifestyle habits that contribute to greater well-being and restore balance to your being. 

 

Points developed during this workshop: 

  • Energy plan – management of your energy field 

  • Physical level – listening to physical feelings 

  • Establish clear communication with your physical body.

  • Conscious breathing to restore physiological coherence.

  • Mental plane – positive attitude, focus on possibilities and new experiences 

  • Spiritual plane – higher state of consciousness 

  • Exercise to clear your energy field. 

  • Exercise to calm the mind.

Workshop No. 3

​

  CELLULAR REPROGRAMMING / 

ATTAINING BALANCE IN THE DIFFERENT STAGES OF LIFE 

 

In the third and final segment of this series, you will explore what cellular reprogramming is and the importance of having positive intention and attention for your body. You will see that real change begins with taming the present as the only reality and therefore the only moment from which you can recreate your health.

 

We will also reflect on the different stages of human life and see why and how it is possible to find balance through the different stages of life. 

 

Points developed during this workshop:

  • The present moment - the point of recreation. 

  • What is cellular reprogramming? 

  • Emotional level – emotions and hormonal balance.

  • How to achieve balance in the different stages of life? 

  • Is deterioration or disease necessary with age? 

  • Cell reprogramming exercise.
